Heathwood Dental Practice is OPEN. For the safety of our staff and patients, in advance of your visit, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with the following:

Pre-Attendance Screening: 

 Please do not attend the surgery if you have symptoms of:

• A cold
• Flu
• Covid:
• New continuous cough
• High temperature or fever
• Loss of, or change in, sense of smell or taste
• Also, please do not attend the surgery if you have a coldsore.

A face mask is no longer compulsory. You are welcome to wear one if you prefer. 

On entering, please use the provided hand sanitiser., and please attend alone, if you can.

We ask that where possible, you brush your teeth and use the toilet at home, prior to attending the surgery.

Our waiting room is fully open, with seating and magazines available. Our thorough cross-infection processes are fine tuned, and we have the latest technology to operate safely, whilst protecting our patients and team:

The practice has been deep cleaned, and all surfaces coated with a persistent Si-Quat anti-bacterial and anti-viral compound, providing active protection against SARS CoV-2. We will be carrying out ongoing surface treatments to ensure the highest levels of infection control. We are the only practice in Berkshire to take this additional protective step.

Payment by card is preferred; the contactless limit is now £100; ApplePay usually has a significantly higher limit, so can be used contactlessly for most treatments.

A fee may be charged if an appointment is broken/cancelled without 24 business hours notice.
